Where did we come?

The elements that make us up were part of them

Stars form from a gas cloud and interstellar dust. A mass of clouds of galactic matter condenses around them (future planets). The star with planets, is stable while consuming their stuff. Then it starts to expand and cool. Later grows, engulfing the planets. Eventually becomes unstable, begins to increase and shrink until it explodes.

Stars are born when a large amount of matter in a space. Is compressed and heated until it starts a nuclear reaction, which consumes the material, turning it into energy. Small stars spend it slowly and last longer than large ones, but they all espulsado explode into space all the elements, 1 º converting hydrogen into helium, then this carbon, oxygen, nitrogen ... And now we create heavier atoms. The matter in the universe, including ourselves, comes from within them.

Eons recently calculated 14 and from what I've read recently is about 13,600,000,000 years (thirteen thousand six hundred million).
