AGENTS COORDINATION STATE FORESTRY CONTEST
Joanne Mor, Federal Secretary of the Autonomous Areas, Local and Community Services, together with colleagues in the Secretariat, presided over the plenary of Forestry and Environmental Agents UGT. We attended by representatives of our collective territorial federations of Public Services.
With this workshop we intend to structure our trade union action more effectively.
In the whole above have been discussed the main challenges and problems of our profession, such as reality or possibility of Higher Technicians in Environmental, with the job classification that involves taking the EBEP the new group B, INCUAL training, the possibility of achieving the anticipated retirement age by reducing factors, participation in drafting the basic law of the State, or inclusion of the group in the regulation of weapons. Also discussed the possibility of standardizing working conditions and compensation expenses for all regions, etc.
We have also created, until a permanent structure, a commission spokesman of the group, consisting of three colleagues who work with direct relation to the Secretariat Federal.
